We want your shopping experience to be safe and stress-free

Our absolute priority is keeping everyone safe and the health and wellbeing of our visitors, retailers and staff remains our first priority.

We’ve added new signage to help guide you through the centre and help you keep a safe distance from others while shopping.

Help us to keep you safe

So that we can safely implement social distancing, we may need to limit the number of people in the centre at any one time and you may have to queue to enter Cross Keys and individual retailers at busy times.

  • Remember to wear your face covering at all times within the shopping centre and stores, to protect yourself and others.
  • Please maintain a social distance
  • We recommend you shop alone wherever possible
  • Please try and use card payments only when visiting retailers

Please adhere to the friendly reminders throughout the centre which are designed to provide a comfortable shopping experience.

Face Coverings

To help protect yourself and others you must wear a face covering, unless you are exempt. The latest Government advice in relation to wearing a face covering can be found here.

Thank you for assistance in helping us create a safer place to shop.

Essential retailers remain open. We can’t wait to see you in all other stores from 12 April.
