12 Jun Free Organic Breakfast at Goodfayre, Cross Keys Arcade – 8am-11am Wednesday 13 June
Goodfayre would love you to join them at their FREE breakfast event tomorrow celebrating Organic food.
On Wednesday 13 June from 8am-11am, Goodfayre is proud to announce that it will be serving up free mini Organic Breakfast tasters to showcase the range of delicious food and drink they have to offer – demonstrating how simple it can be to make the switch to Organic. The Campaign has been set up by the Organic Trade board to raise awareness of the benefits and versatility of organic produce. The UK’s appetite for organic food is growing, as people become aware of the benefits to the environment and of knowing what is in their food. Wake up to Organic hopes to encourage more people to try Organic, and breakfast is a great place to start.
Recent studies indicate that the UK is increasingly interested in choosing Organic as sales of Organic products increased by 6% last year and in independent stores grew by 9.7%. Products available at Goodfayre, your local independent store, include a range of packaging free Organic grains and wholefoods.
On Wednesday the store will be preparing breakfast samples, handing out recipe cards, and running a promotion to get samples and free Organic products for those attending the event.
Dana Burton owner at Goodfayre said, “We are pleased to be able to support this campaign for the second year, it was lots of fun last year and the atmosphere in the store was like a party with people trying new things and enjoying the samples we had on offer. We love to encourage our local community to come and support the event and visit us between 8am and 11am to sample some more wonderful organic breakfast products.
Goodfayre is Salisbury’s only Vegan and zero waste food shop, supporting small start-up brands and enabling the conscious consumer to purchase their products knowing they are helping not harming the planet and all who live on it.
